At Golden View Hotel Batam, we understand that travel plans can change. To guarantee your accommodation, all reservations are subject to the specific cancellation terms tied to the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

1. Flexible / Standard Rates

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (local hotel time).

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a penalty fee equivalent to the first night's room charge (including applicable taxes and service fees).

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a No-Show. A penalty of the first night's stay will be charged, and the remaining nights of the booking will be automatically released.

2. Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates

  • For special promotions, early bird deals, or peak season bookings, reservations are typically non-refundable and non-amendable.

  • In the event of a cancellation, modification, or no-show for these specific rate plans, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
